I will make this post brief.
So I was in my room on my laptop, chatting with Allen Hunter (SNES Player) online, and I was listening to some death metal on my computer, kicking back and relax. Then I perceived a rock flying from my window across the room which slammed a hole on my wall. Apparently some random douchebag vandalized my home, including my room, with rocks. As a result glass shards were shattered throughout my floor as well as on some of the objects within my room. The same has happened to my living room, and I may discuss that later on. I sprint out my door ASAP and had to call the emergency, then it took only a short duration of time for the police's arrival. My parents, then, were discussing this issue in detail with the authorities. To explain further, I should publish some of imagery on this topic presenting what actually happened [in my room that is]. And yes I know how cluttered my room is no further discussion about that please. Here is said window, a hole created by rock. The rock bashed a hole through my wall where my bed is located. The rock as well as the other rocks in the house are removed by the police, thus not shown in this photo. As shown in this photo, some glass fragments were spread on my bed. One of my notebook PCs is covered with glass fragments. The other one further has less, but quite a few "tiny" bits anyhow. The PlayStation 3 games on the floor had some, as well. Is a closer up view... These are all I will show in the entry post of this thread. There is actually more to this story including my living and dining rooms. I might (or not) take my photos of them later. As far as my reactions go, I was shocked, but the overall experience wasn't very terrifying, but rather kinda entertaining actually despite of the inconvenience. I was heading for bed shortly prior to the event and I would've been badly injured if I was in bed. I am living north of Detroit which is known as a dangerous area for criminal activity. Detroit as we know is one of the most dangerous cities in the United States. --------------------

Looking at those photos above, I am shocked to find out that vandalized room actually belongs to my co-founder and internet friend. While I am not terrified either, and it really seemed like a random thing to happen, I'm just glad you have no injuries, and best of all, alive. Luckily, you were not in bed at the time, otherwise I'd be very nervous and concerned.
Anyways, Detroit is a terrible place to live. You've admitted that many times and told me of the crazy things people over there would do. I'm sorry you went through this.. PS: On a lighter note, my GameBoy Advance is the same color as yours! --------------------

Nope. It's a random idiot that vandalizes random homes with a couple rocks, and then run. According to the police, this happens very frequent, thus I am far from alone in this mess where I live.
EDIT: Just so you know this happened just a few hours prior to the publishing of this thread. --------------------

Wow, glad you're okay. This kind of thing happens where I live too frequently, though we're lucky enough to have been kept safe all these years.

Have you found out whether this is a random or a selected form of vandalism?
Because if its selected you might want to be careful. It usually doesn't end after that point. Anyways, whoever the douchebag was needs to go to hell. -------------------- |

Do it like they do in Texas. Get a gun, and sit on your front porch. And why would the police take teh rocks? Are they going to try and find out where they came from? Great evidence. Rocks. On a lighter note, you have a pretty good collection of games.

They could scan for finger prints. vandalism in general really is pointless, why go through the trouble just to hurt someone else? and then your wanted for jail time. --------------------

UPDATE: My parents are speaking with the police right now as I am writing this entry, and they caught the criminals. Apparently these criminals were three guys and one girl in the age group of late teens and early twenties. The cops also reported said criminals vandalized several houses at the same night and now they are under incarceration in jail. Now that justice is served we are left with this mess to clean up as well as some home maintenance.
Also this vandalism spree is done randomly without a cause according to the police. --------------------

I know, a lot of typos in that conversation as I was very exhausted from a long day, then this happened lol. However if it wasn't this chat (the chat prior to this log) I would've been severely injured or even dead as the rock was ginormous and was thrown with a very powerful force it's like speed of light... Very perilous.
Anyway while these 4 gang members may get their prison sentencing there is a large possibility this gang has additional members that may revenge. --------------------

You first told me the cops came in your house around 1:44 AM (in your area), and before that, there was like a 20 minute gap between my last message (about MG) and then your news about what happened a few minutes ago at your home. Fortunately, I was online and NES was motivated to stay up a bit longer by chatting with me about MegaGaming. Otherwise, it would have sucked big time. --------------------

That really sucks man. It reminds me of the time when I used to live in my old neighborhood. It was a government owned neighborhood, and there were rules you have to follow in order to keep living there (Though some of them were fair, there were a few that just seemed stupid, like you can't keep a pool that's deeper than 3 ft) . My old next door neighbors were real jackasses because they would sometimes trespass in our backyard when we weren't home. They would take a few things and either kept them, or wrote on them and placed them back in our yard. In the end, I think they got kicked out or something because they just suddenly disappeared.
There was also another time when there was a shootout at a house across the street early in the morning, and a stray bullet hit our living room window. Luckily it didn't hit anyone nor damaged anything else. --------------------

Wow dude. If the rock was travelling fast enough to break your window and take out a chunk of wall across the room (presumably), then it's a good thing you werent in the rocks path.

Grammar is important. Remove the capital letters and commas from the sentence: "I helped my friend, Jack, off his horse", and you will see.
