The RPG Crisis Translation Team is a group composed of maker enthusiasts with the main goal of translating foreign maker related items. We mainly translate from Japanese to English so we spend a lot of time looking over many Japanese maker sites for maker related items.

Q. Enterbrain Makers cost money right? So why are you providing them for free?

A. Yes, Enterbrain Makers do cost money, but lack legal English translations, which is why we provide translated downloads for them, apart from RPG Maker XP/VX, as they have legal English releases.

Q. So do the RPG Crisis Translation Team know the Japanese language?

A. While quite a few members have knowledge of the Japanese language, it is quite uncommon for themembers of the RPG Crisis Translation Team to speak, read or write Japanese in perfect fluancy.

Q. So the people that do not understand Japanese, are they rendered as useless?

A. Never, as we have various sources that provide us with the extra step in translating programs,Sample Games and the Run-Time Packages that come bundled with the maker in question.

Q. Will you share these "sources" with us, so we can translate programs?

A. I'm afraid not, as they are a very rare, as they say "pick of the bunch".

Q. So what do you actually use to translate programs?

A. Programs similar to Resource Hacker and PE Explorer, although we will not tell you which.

Q. Hey guys wouldn't it be cool if you inserted into English?

A. There is a designated section for requesting a translation, so we can review the request, so that we do not get mixed up with people asking us to translate programs that already have existant English translations.

Q. Can I join the RPG Crisis Staff Roster? I can do !

A. While RPG Crisis are always on the hunt for team members, it is in our policy to invite people to be members by them showingus prime qualities that make an RPG Crisis staff member.
