MA Suspension Petition, Read Options

Alright so here's the situation. I've made a deal with Midnight Assassin to allow him to petition his suspension, however we as a community will be making the decision weather or not to lift his suspension or keep it in place. Now you may be asking yourself why I'm letting MA do this, here's why. Allowing a member to petition their suspension to the community shows that the decision to suspend a member is more then just a decision made by staff. This also shows the suspended person that it was a community vote and not the decision of a few select people.

This is the conversation that lead me to allowing MA to make this petition.

Reguardless of how annoying he may be, I do think that a 3 month suspension was a bit much. I reckon it should be reduced, but not lifted completely.

Heres a situation I once had in an online game:


I was the guild master of a guild who were helping out newbies to get equips and learn how to play. one day, one of my
member went breseker and started to insult all the other members. I did tryed to ask him whats wrong but I had to ban him from the guild in the end.

a few weeks later, this very same member arrived and asked to come back in the guild. He told me that he had one heck of a crapy day and a member
teased him so yeah ok I understand. after 5 min, the next thing I knew is he's been breseking all around again.

Has a mater of fact, MA's situation is quite similar. Which is why I strongly ask to keep MA away from this community.

I hate when people compare me with MA. As many of you know I have been banned from many RM sites. However unlike MA, I don't flame people. I don't try to hack RRR. Yet I was banned from RM Sites. Many of you know RMVX's admin Shitty Pine just flamed me and got away with it. RRR's entire staff flamed me and banned me for removing my work. I am offended by the fact people like MA raise hell everywhere and I get banned for no reason.

As you can see the majority of people voted to keep the suspension for its full length. I'm glad to see this didint turn into a flame war and we were able to debate this without staff having to clean the thread up.
