parallax effects?

    Well, I've got this question, it's important and it will do me make my game in ig maker or choose another program.

    Does IG maker allows to make a deforming parallax effect in a background (example: the tipical pseudo 3d effect of the floors in all the stages from the clasic Street fighter 2) ?

    if the answer is negative, Does at least allow to transfomate an imagen from a rectangle to a trapeze?, with this I can create this effect.
