I've read the tutorial and I can't figure out how to designate graphics to each frame. I saw a video tutorial and apparently the guy was able to pick each frame from a menu called graphics. But when ever I upload the sprite sheet the graphic menu remains empty. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Is any one else having this problem...

i had the same problem, go to the first options, the ones in your first screenshot, then place your cursor in between Graphics section and the area for "Collision Detection". This would allow you to resize the Graphics section by clicking and draggin while your cursor icon changes to a line with 2 arrows (up and down), same as resizing any other screen in IGM. Drag it up quite a bit and your frames will appear.
Hope that helps!
EDIT: Also heard increasing your screen resolution might solve the problem as well!! but if you can't then try what i said.
Hope that helps!
