Okay sorry if i'm asking quite frequently =P
I am working on a Boss gadget, and one of its attacks is jumping in a direction, if he's on the right he jumps left and viceversa, now i set the gadget's actions properly, i assign the jump to the direction i want, but the most strange thing happens, sometimes he does jump where he's supposed to, but sometimes he doesn't!!! he jumps in the opposite direction!! (which is a wall or worse, the entrance and he flies to nothingness)
Any ideas what could be the problem? why the gadget doesn't take my order of where i want it to jump?

Hm..
Try doing this:
1. Create a Memory and name it over the boss name and his action (ex: TestMan-Jump)
2. Pick the "Left jump" and set it so the Memory goes to 1.
3. Pick the "Right jump" and set it so the Memory goes to 2.
4. Connect the "Left Jump" with the "Right jump" with these:
-Branch if all condition are met
-Theres a wall underfoot
-The time elapsed: (Up to you to judge)
-The designated memory's value changed:
Memory Name: TestMan-Jump
Comparative Condition: Equal
Value: 2
5. Connect the "Right Jump" the same way you did with the "Left Jump", just change the memory value condition to "1"
This should be enough to make it jump the right way, Good luck! :)

Thanks but i don't think that would work, i explain why:
I don't get the wrong "action" as per say, but the wrong direction, how do i know this? because i have 2 actions for jump left and jump right, each one has the corresponding character graphic facing that direction, i get always the proper action because the guy always jump facing the correct direction, but sometimes he jumps backwards, so its not that he chose the wrong action, mmm i don't know if i'm making sense here, the thing is, let's asume:
-Guy is on the left of the screen, he's standing facing the right direction (this is correct)
-He jumps, still facing the right direction (that is correct)
-He jumps to the left while still facing the right direction (this is what's wrong!!!)
So basically he choses the right action, which is "JumpRight" but he moves to the opposite side, and its not even all the time, its just sometimes happen and sometimes don't.
Using your method i think i will get the same problem, because it doesn't seem to be a problem about which action takes place but which direction he takes.
Sorry if this is a bit confusing =S and thanks for your help!!

O boi, hum.. >3
Try copying your jump animation and delete the "right" animation.
Then set it to your left jump action.

I think maybe the problem is that the enemy sometimes doesnt "see" the character.
I mean, to the enemy consider the player in some direction, the players area must be in the same height as the boss.
I have no time to try this out for you right now, but it will maybe work:
Why dont you try to make one slave gadget linked to the player with a HUGE height area, and change the command to the boss to jump IF THE SLAVE GADGET is in the designated direction?
