Description: Learn to create a dynamic shopkeeper that you can buy from or sell to.

    Written by Willowsidhe

.) Create a new event in a shop or wherever you want the selling character to be and select his graphic and movement type.

.) Double click in the event commands list and bring up the event commands window.

.) Go to page one of the event commands and select show text (very first option), and give him something to say such as "WELCOME TO MY SHOP" or "WE JUST GOT A NEW SHIPMENT IN" or some such other generic shopkeeper greeting.

.) Double click in the event commands list again and bring up the event commands window.

.) Go to page 3 of the event commands and select SHOP PROCESSING.

.) This will bring up another window from which you choose the goods you want this npc to sell. Just double click on the blue bar under GOODS and select what you want to sell. You'll have to do this one item at a time. When you are done, select ok.

.) And, voila! Now this npc will sell the items you chose (make sure to save the event).

.) If you want, you can give him something to say after this like, "COME AGAIN" or "THANKS FOR YOUR MONEY, YOU JERK" or something like that.
