I'm a small time web developer/graphics designer who's always has a special place for a good story and action rpg style games.
In the past I've used a few game creation softwares to make a few simples games. A duck hunter ripoff, a point and click adventure, and a really unusual platformer... None of those projects ever went too far though. However my interest has been renewed with the discovery of IG Maker. I hope it's cool.
You guys seems to have a real tight community. Not to mention it's the only one that has any mention of IG Maker...
So if you all start making waves, don't mind if I ride them.

Hello, welcome to RPG Crisis.
I posted this in another welcome thread about IGM.
We were one of the first sites to provided translated information on Action Game Maker as well as provided English patches for both the trial and retail versions. When IG Maker (IGM) was announced I discontinued our AGM patches to support IGM. We've recently just re-started the forums as part of our upgrading plans but you can still visit the old forums via https://rpgcrisis.net/archive .

Thanks for the welcome! I love how everything has been coming together here lately. It's really shaping up! Awesome work guys.
I've had a story buzzing around my head for awhile now... Like most of us here, I'm sure. I'd love to put it into something more productive than bits and pieces written in word documents... Would an action RPG centered around a pirate be cool?
At the moment I am gathering resources, and trying to decide whether I want to do vector art, or pixel art... Both have pros and cons... I just gotta figure out what I'm better capable of stylistically. You might see a few posts from me soon asking for feedback on the matter.
