But, I would suggest to have a Demo available for download.
Nobody is going to wanna pay for an RPG Maker Clone when they haven't tried the software and already have any RPG Maker.

About the similarity of the RPG Maker series, the interface is completely re-organizable. This means you can "drag n' dock" all the windows you see to anywhere you like. I've designed the interface (while in the game maker itself) you see in the screenshots similar to the RPG Maker series because this is a predominantly RPG Maker forum and I thought you guys would like the familarity of the game maker as well as customizability of it. I assure you, while it right now seems similar to Rpg Maker, when you use it, you will see how different yet easy it is. We will post more screenshots in the upcoming days and videos to make it more clear .

As for the graphics, they are 100% custom. EGM will be release with a resource package and that resource package will be updated.

An of course, a demo will be out soon. We will reveal all the features slowly and then at last a set of videos and then a demo .

What, really ? That's amazing! Now I'm defenitly buying this. I mean THIS is the kind of feature I've always been looking for in a Game Maker!

Also I never said this Maker and RPG Maker were similiar. The point of my post was just to say "Well I already own RPG Maker 2000, which is totally awesome, so there is no point for me in buying a new Maker". Even IF I knew EGM was better then the RPG Maker I wouldn't buy it, since RPG Maker has a way bigger fanbase. Also if it becomes even easier to make great games, then nobody cares about your games at all. Why do you think I've sticked to the RPG Maker for so long ? The fact that some stuff is so much harder to do then with other Game Makers simply makes it so much more satisfying to create something.

This looks extremely interesting, however, I still would rather use any other maker, than to have to pay for this. It looks amazing, but depending on what the cost initially is, is when I will make my choice whether or not to purchase it.
(And if you make a group of Beta testers, would you give them the program once it's done as a Thank you or something?) Curiosity takes it's toll on another reader.

I have no problem spending a little money for value.
But the keyword is value. I'm very familiar with RPGMaker 2k/2k3 and Sim RPGMaker95. I'll be using SRPG95 for awhile, then probably 2k3 for my next project (unless you can supercede it).

You need to convince me not only to spend a few bucks on it, but that it'll be worth investing the time to learn into it.
