Does this bypass for anything or just 3D RPG Editor?
Because if this bypasses regional protection for anything then that may be what we need for translations with locked regions... --------------------  insert a smart and witty comment to do with hentai here. |

I'm pretty sure its just for 3D RPG Editor, I've changed the name to better clarify.
