Allows you to bypass the regional settings protection.

All you need to do is take the contents, extract into the 3DRPGE folder and run the .bat file.

Does this bypass for anything or just 3D RPG Editor?

Because if this bypasses regional protection for anything then that may be what we need for translations with locked regions...

I'm pretty sure its just for 3D RPG Editor, I've changed the name to better clarify.

I'm sorry for bring this topic back but it doesn't work i extract, run and the editor keeps with the error screen.

tnx file fixed that issue
