Have you guys watched Initial D? Do you like the anime? I loved it. I didn't like the first stage too much because it is too "anime-like" if you know what I mean, but I like what I've seen so far of stage 2. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I've only seen a little of Initial D, I didint really like what I saw but I'll have to watch more, maybe it will get better.

haha... Initial D... thats series is classic ^.^... I love the concept of the Series, but the animation/ art is beyond terrible... but the story line rocks my world!!! ... I own 1-11 of the Manga series, the manga is deffinatly a must buy, or at least read!!! ... Although, the art in the manga is much like the anime series, it is almost impossible to put down, because they always end each book at the best part, so you HAVE to pick up the next one to find out what happens.
But to tell the truth, I honestly havn't followed the animation very well, I dl'd Stage one and wasn't too impressed... so I havn't "seen it all" ... so dont quote me on it... but it you're into street racing an' import cars, I'd reccomend it |

I recommend you to if you want to get hooked watch the second stage or season. I never had read the manga but a friend of mine does and he told me tha the anime stays true to maga t least untill the second stage. I haven't seen the third stage because "animax" a channel devoted to manga are only up to the second stage. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) And yes the animnation art is terrible lol. I think it is because they tried to stay true to the original art of the manga. But in stage 2 they get a lot better but still are pretty awful. |

I like the race scene animation, honestly, but I have only seen a few scenes from one episode, so I don't know much about it...I did play the arcade game, though.

I play the arcade almost everyday. I am still kinda of a noob but I can control my car very well.

Who here has seen the second stage!? Besides the last race, the other races were practically shit. I prefer the first stage...

then this one is perfect for you. I suggest you to watch all the first stage. I'll bet you'll get hooked.
