Summary:
This is a somewhat update of the current version 1.04

Full Description:

This is a primary update for version 1.04 but will most likely work on all versions of 3d rpg editor release 2 even the jp version, this patch includes
--------------------------------------------------------
-A modified less literal translation geared towards people familiar with the rpg maker series

-Full documentation with complete helpfile

-Fixed errors and problems with project files

-A full set of premade blocklist for beginners

-Two sample games:
Trail of vanity v2
Hero Night(3d tech demo) translated by NEOFOX

For those of you who don't know, it's Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Advanced tab. Select Japanese in the top drop-down box. If Japanese doesn't appear, then go to the Languages tab and activate the East Asian Languages.

I go to download the patch, but once it gets somewhere like 5% it stops downloading, or it downloads it all over again
