Description: Learn how to create very good, interesting, and powerful heroes for your games!

A hero is a protagonist in the game. To get the gamer interested the protagonist needs to be likable. Having likable characters makes your game much better. It is always good to remember a cool hero! You can create stereotype characters but do not make too many of them. If you have too many stereotype characters than the gamer knows what to expect and may lose interest.

Ask yourself these questions and answer them. This is a very quick way of making a character.

BackGround.

1.Where is the character from?

2.What was the character's childhood like?

3.What type of education did the character receive? Is he smart or dumb?

4.What does the character want in life?

5.Why is this character in the party?

His or Her Goals.

1.What are the character's goals? What do they want to achieve?

2.What is the character's motivation?

3.What must the character do in order to fulfill his/her goals?

4.Is he or she willing to do anything for them or will he or she take caution?

Personality.

1.What type of person is he or she? Happy, sad, depress, energize, strong sprite arrogant, etc.

2.Why is the character like this?

3.How good are the character's social skills? Shy, Open, Speaks his or her mind.

4.Do the other party members like this character?

Physical Characteristics.

1.Height-There is not much to say about this. In character profiles have different heights listed. You can't really vary height of the character sets but listing different heights will add a little imagination.

2.Race- In the game have party members of different races such as White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, etc. You can also have different races such as elfs, demons, and other creatures. This will make the game look more diverse and adds a nice flavor to it.

3.Sex-Have males and females in a party. Do not make all of the females mages. That is very stereotype. Allow one to be a warrior. Also don't make females too weak and useless.

Strengths and Weaknesses.

1.What weapons is the character good and bad with using?

2.What elements is the character strong against and weak against?

3.Which elements is the character able to use in attacks?

4.What is the character's physical strength? Strong, Average, or Weak.

5.How fast is the character? Very Fast, Fast, Average, or Slow.

6.How well defended is the character? Strong Defense, Average Defense, or Weak Defense.
