There are 3 light switches outside a locked room. one of the light switches is connected to a lightbulb inside of the room. you are only allowed to enter the room once and you cannot see the light inside the room whilce outside of it.
how can you tell which switch turns the lightbulb on?

This is an easy riddle, only because it is supposed to be oral:

What is the half of two plus two?

Here's a tough riddle:

12 people say the following statements one after another: 1: There are no honest people in this room; 2: There is at most one honest person in this room; 3: There are at most two honest people in this room;etc,etc,:12: There are no more than 11 honest people in this room.
How many honest people are in the room?

And a not so tough one:

If two birds can lay up to eight eggs in two days, how many eggs can one peacock lay in three days?

And a real easy one:

George walked for thirty minutes in the pouring rain without getting a single hair on his head wet. He didn't have a hat or an umbrella and his coat had no hood. How did he do that?

And I'm not sure about this one:

I am the beginning of sorrow, and the end of sickness. You cannot express happiness without me, yet I am in the midst of crosses. I am always in risk, yet never in danger. You may find me in the sun, but I am never seen out of darkness. What am I?

And this one:

What happens twice in a week, and once in a year, but never in a day?

I certainly have found a lot:

If an electric train is going east at 60 miles an hour and there is a strong wind blowing to the west, which way does the smoke from the train drift?

This is the last one:

What occurs once in a minute, twice in a moment, but never in an hour?

@ST 11:Your supposed to put the answers in a spoiler thingy.
Anywho, your first answer is wrong, and the second is right.

@ndrd:Did I answer your question correctly? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
