 Multi Theft Auto, Just a thought I had...

Today, I got on my computer and everything was whiped out...my music files, my games, save files, important website files for clients, everything. However, that did leave me with plenty of free space on my harddrive after formatting it (yes, I had to format it so that I could even get on windows...we had a power outage lastnight that did that to my computer).
Anyways, I installed all of the grand theft autos up to 3 (and currently, I'm downloading replacement copies for the newer ones, since mine are screwed up) and I got a thought...we should all get GTA3 and Multi Theft Auto for it. GTA3 is only 10 dollars at walmart and MTA is free online. I have all the files necessary to run it, but if someone wanted to start an RPG Crisis server for it, we could all jack each other's cars and fly dodo's on a multiplayer mode. I think that would be fun for us all and (possibly) bring in some more traffic. These are my thoughts though, but what do you think? |

that would be cool but arent the servers just for area they are made in... can u play on an american server if ur in europe or australia... if not i dont think it would be worth it because a lot of our members come from Europe and Australia...

No, we are tlaking about 3. And as for the servers, it should work anywhere. You just connect to a server IP and play.

Depends on what you mean by big...Big file size? Well, it's a two disk game plus the multi theft auto is only about 5 megs I think...kinda small, as it's just a separate program. THEN there is of course, how many people play the game, well that varies. Everyone has their own servers (and sometimes, you'll find a server that is dedicated to the game, but not many people populate it), but I was thinking that we could all set IPs for the day (one of us doing the server side also) and just play together. The only downside is there is no pedestrians in it, but it's meant for multiplayer, so that's understandable.

nah a first person shooter would be much better... quake 3 is also good (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
