The RM2K/3 Plugin Utility provides you with the following:

RTP Dependency Scanner Plugin:
Scans your project and adds the files needed to run.

RTP Dependency Scanner:
Makes your project work on computers that don't have the RTP installed.

Font Changer Plugin:
Allows you to edit the font used by your project.

Project Protection Plugin:
Encrypts your project preventing people from viewing the code and materials.

Resource Utility:
Allows you to change the splash screen, icon and glyph for your project.

This Protection is outdated and cracked for years. xD
I know a program that works the other way round.
I could add it here, interested?

I would add it to the section but the Form for adding a file
is broken, doesn't work and looks ugly.

I think there's something wrong with the utility because every time I try to open a project directory, it says "Could not create project.dat". What do I do?
